The Mission of Connecting Communities & Families, Inc. (CCF) is to improve the quality of life for communities by enhancing workforce skills.  Its organizational purpose is to provide supportive social services to underserved and under-resourced communities.

The program provides access to new resources, rebuilds our community networks, stabilizes the neighborhood, nurtures community residents' creativity, and reinforces positive social values. We believe everyone is capable of living their best life & we give them the
