The intake process will consist of an assessment that identifies the students’ strengths, interest and vocational rehabilitation needs.

During the assessment, we will assess the following: Work preparedness, problem solving, interviewing techniques and problem-solving skills and Workers rights, also experience (work, volunteer, school, life) Interests/Hobbies.

Once the assessment is complete will write a work plan that lists what is expected and the outcomes we plan to reach at the end.

Before starting the program, participants take an assessment to identify their digital skills level, ensuring a customized learning experience that meets their specific needs.

Job Placement Assistance

We provide job placement services to help individuals secure employment in various industries. Through our network of employers and partners, we connect participants with job opportunities that match their skills and career goals.

Trade & Apprenticeship Programs

While CCF does not offer trade and apprenticeship programs directly, we partner with trusted community organizations that specialize in skilled trades. We refer participants to these community partners to receive hands-on training and valuable career experience in fields such as construction, plumbing, electrical work, and more.

Re-entry Support for Returning Citizens

We offer vital support services for individuals returning to society after incarceration, including job readiness training, financial literacy, and personal development. Our goal is to provide the resources and guidance necessary for a successful reintegration into the community and workforce.

Youth & Family Empowerment Program for Aging Out of Foster Care

Our program supports young adults transitioning out of foster care by providing life skills coaching, employment readiness training, and financial literacy, ensuring they have the tools needed for a smooth transition into adulthood.

Low to Moderate-Income Family Support

We offer resources for families facing financial hardship, including job readiness workshops, digital literacy training, transportation assistance, and guidance on accessing public benefits. Our goal is to help families achieve stability and long-term success.

Wrap-Around Services

CCF provides comprehensive wrap-around services to ensure that individuals have the support they need to succeed. These services include case management, mentorship, transportation assistance, child care, and more. We are committed to removing barriers and providing holistic support to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
